Cell phone companies can help fight illegal posters against city ordinances

As a Joburg resident, taxpayer and city activist and like so many others in South Africa, I am horrified to witness the collapse of the public realm in South African cities. Like failed states in the north of South Africa, public space and the state of public infrastructure are a litmus test of the functionality and levels of corruption within government institutions.
