The 7 most anticipated first-person games for PS5

Resident Evil 7

word-image-627 Biohazard has revived Capcom’s survival horror colossus by switching from a third-person to a first-person perspective and bringing the franchise’s signature horrors to life. The success formula of this installment of the series has been repeated for a sequel that promises to be highly entertaining and intimidating. After the betrayal of Chris Redfield, Ethan is forced to explore a mysterious settlement in Resident Evil Village. The game’s snowy European landscape is filled with alien monsters, strange villagers and various puzzles that Resident Evil fans will recognize. Resident Evil Village aims to build on the success of its predecessor and keep Capcom’s horror franchise alive for years to come.

Call of Duty : Black Ops

The latest installment in Activision’s long-running Call of Duty series is also one of the best. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is the most expansive version of the series to date, with the best single player storyline in the series taking players back to the eponymous Cold War of the 1980s, the return of the zombies and a variety of interlocking multiplayer modes. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is currently the best first-person game you can buy for money on the PS5.

Necromunda

word-image-628 The world of Warhammer returns to the world of first-person games. This time he takes you to a dystopian metropolis where gangs fight for one thing: survival. The game puts you in the shoes of a brutal mercenary with a large arsenal of weapons and body upgrades. You have a mission to accomplish by killing Necromunda’s most notorious criminals and mutants as quickly as possible. Shooting and movement in this first-person game is lightning fast, so you have to constantly be on your guard if you want to survive.

Determination 2

Since its release in 2017, Bungie’s action-RPG hybrid game Destiny 2 has gained popularity. It is, as always, a must-play for fans of the game and cleverly combines RPG gameplay and mechanics with a complex storyline that spans the galaxy. Destiny 2 on the PS5 is still a great game for Sony’s latest console, with greatly improved graphics and additional free-to-play features.

DeathLoop

word-image-629 The brilliant company behind the gem of the Dishonored series, the first-person assassin, is trying something new in its next project. The idea behind DeathLoop is fascinating: You play as Colt, an assassin who is sent to an island and must kill eight targets. The addition of a time loop that resets his progress if he is killed makes his goal even more difficult. During the brutal boss fights, you’ll need to take advantage of every bullet and every move, and watch out for various enemies and even a rival assassin trying to take you down. DeathLoop looks to be an excellent first-person game.

Far Cry 6

Far Cry is a game from Ubisoft that excels by immersing the player in a new alien environment and pitting them against an insane commander. Far Cry 6 is set on the fictional island of Yara, ruled by an iron tyrant known as El Presidente or Anton Castillo. This cruel king also raises his young son, whom he believes will one day succeed him in power. As a guerrilla named Dani Rojas, you’ll begin by overthrowing his dictatorship, and you’ll have to rely on your weapon skills to do so. Like the previous Far Cry games, the new sequel will feature a fully realized open environment, plenty of vehicles and a host of companions to fight for your rightful cause.

Exophobia

This is a fast-paced, retro-style first-person shooter. You wake up alone on a spaceship under siege by hostile alien forces. Explore the surroundings, reconstruct the past and the fate of the people who live here. To escape, you must shoot, run and stun the enemies in your path! It’s kind of scary to wake up in a once-inhabited human ship. The threat level in these circumstances is increased by the presence of hostile alien forces on board. But if you have a large arsenal of weapons, you have little to fear. Exophobia, a retro-ish first-person game that looks like a lost gem from the 90s, is based on this idea. It won’t be an easy task, so be prepared to die often as you make your way through treacherous mazes and fight terrible enemies. To survive the passage of Exophobia, you must upgrade your weapons and apply your tactical knowledge. The PS5 will be the next iteration of Sony’s console, and the rumors are that the system will be released in 2020. One aspect of the PS5 that will be pretty cool, is the fact that it will have a more powerful GPU. The PS4 has been one of the most reliable consoles ever released, but I’m sure that there will be some hardcore gamers that will be upset over the PS5 release date. One of the most common complaints about the PS4 is the lack of GPU power, but hopefully that will change with the PS5. The PS5 is rumored to have a supercharged GPU that is able to run games at 4k resolution.. Read more about best multiplayer shooters on ps5 and let us know what you think.
