These tasty and flavorful wraps can all be prepared in less than 30 minutes. Pair your wraps with a side of oven-baked chips or your favorite crisp salad.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • 1/3 cup spinach (washed)
  • 1/4 avocado, large
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • sausage (optional)
  • tortilla, large

instructions:

  1. Lightly beat the eggs in a non-stick pan.
  2. Mix the tomato paste, 1 teaspoon olive oil, cream cheese and garlic (optional) into a smooth spread. Divide this over the tortilla. Cook a sausage if desired. Tip: Wipe the pan clean so you can toast the burrito with it.
  3. Add all other ingredients, except olive oil, to the tortilla and wrap the burrito.
  4. Toast on the folded side first over medium heat with olive oil, so that the ends “seal”. Do this until they are golden brown, turn them over and toast them on the other side as well.
  5. Place on a cutting board and carefully cut in the middle. Serve immediately!

  • 450 grams flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 white or red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices of provolone
  • 4 large whole wheat tortilla wraps

  • 650 g chicken breast, skinless, boneless
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon mint, dried
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill, dried or 1 tablespoon fresh
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Hummus
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • daily salad
  • cooked broccoli
  • 3-4 tortillas

instructions:

  1. Chop the vegetables for the salad and prepare the salad.
  2. Make the garlic yogurt sauce: mix the yogurt with 1 garlic clove, a pinch of salt and the dill until smooth.

  • 450 g lean ground beef
  • 5 slices of cooked bacon mince
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dried finely chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 large flour tortillas
  • grated cheddar cheese
