Anne Heche's podcast co-host Heather Duffy pens touching tribute to the actress after she died at 53 following crash: 'The kindest soul I've known'

Heather Duffy, who co-hosts Anne Heche's podcast, published a memorial to the late actress on her Instagram page on Thursday.

The media personality shared her thoughts on the untimely loss of her close friend and talked about the impact she had on her friends and fans in the message.

The performer and the media personality worked together on the Better Together podcast.

The actress from Six Days Seven Nights died last week at the age of 53 after being involved in an automobile accident in Los Angeles.

"I had to take a minute to begin to understand the tremendous loss of my beautiful friend with the nicest soul I've known," Duffy wrote in the opening of her statement.

Despite all of the difficulties in her life, Anne was happy. She worked in a fictional industry, but she was honest.

Even though sometimes the world did not reciprocate, she believed that what was most important was to spread love and kindness.

Duffy emphasised that the late performer had contributed to LGBT+ acceptance for a significant portion of her life.
